How do I set up a wholesale account?
Do I need a credit card to submit an order?
Nope! Our wholesale portal allows you to submit orders without payment. We will send you an invoice when the order ships.
Are there minimums?
Most brands are shipped direct from us to you and come with one free shipping benchmark. However, to help save on final costs for certain brands, there are some that we have shipped direct from them to you, rather than having them ship product to us and then back to you (i.e. 2x shipping). We will still be your one vendor to simplify vendor management on your end, but please refer to the details here: https://stockedgeneralstore.com/pages/wholesale-faqs
Do you charge for shipping?
Usually, no. See above.
Do you offer payment terms?
All wholesale accounts have Net-14 terms
Can I pay my invoice with a credit card?
Yes, but we do charge a 3% fee.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders will ship within 1 week. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship most orders with Fedex Ground.
What happens if an item is damaged during shipping?
Oh no! Send us an email at email@example.com. We will get it taken care of!
Can you send me free samples?
We'll waive the cost of samples along with a full case order, or credit it back if you order a case in the future.
